JO (Junior Olympic)

This group is our first level of competitive diving. Divers in this group have shown the desire and grit necessary to be successful in the sport.  In this group, we are taking the skills learned from the Competitive group and perfecting them so that they can be progressed into more complicated skills and dives. This group is working to compete at the Junior Olympic level.

In order to move to this group divers must:

• Pass Skills Test 4 and complete Mancards 4 and 5
• Show a desire to move up

Goals of the Group:

• This group will focus on Skills Test 5 and Mancards 6 and 7. These must be completed before moving to our Junior Elite Group.
